Connect2Scale Expedition to Slovenia

Business Angels of Slovenia are inviting you to join the Connect2Scale study visit to Ljubljana and Maribor  this Spring, for a closer view of Slovenia’s dynamic and growing environment for startups.

During your visit, you will have the chance to explore the local startup scene in more depth, meet accelerators, incubators, and co-working spaces, founders and investors who are driving innovation and growth in the region.

The program takes place from Monday, May 13 to Wednesday, May 15, to coincide with Podim Conference, one of Europe’s best tech and startup events in the region. We suggest arriving by the evening of May 12 to allow enough time to settle in and get to know your fellow travelers.

Purpose of the trip:

• To get to know some of the most exciting startups in CEE region;
• Learn about investing in startups in Slovenia, across the borders, getting into the nitty-gritty with the local experts;
• Meet the local angels who have been in the game for a while, pick their brains and build trusted relationships;
• Engage not only with the players in the Slovenian startup ecosystem but also with those in the regional ecosystem;
• Visit Podim Conference, the premier startup conference in the region with a 2 day program of fascinating speakers and visitors from all over the world.
