BSV Ventures has co-invested with angel investors in more than 15 deals. Join us to dive deep into these questions and more, and learn how to navigate successful co-investment strategies between angels and VCs.
Why do venture funds choose to co-invest with angel investors? What are the benefits for both sides, and how can they support each other in a successful partnership? In this session, we’ll explore how angel investors can provide value to venture funds and how VCs, in turn, offer strategic advantages to angels. We’ll cover key considerations, such as how to choose the right VC to co-invest with, what the paperwork and deal structures look like, and whether VCs may potentially “steal” deals from angels.
Who can participate? Angel investors and early stage VCs with at least 5 startups in their portfolio are welcome to attend. This program is not meant for angel investors just starting out on their journey.
Certification: Each angel who attends all 4 trainings will earn a certificate of completion.
